NEW CLIENTS
If you are new to classes with me I will require you to complete a Health Questionnaire form. Your place in a class will only be confirmed once I have received your payment and a completed form.
PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY
All sessions must be paid 24hrs before the class start. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have made the payment in order to secure your space.
Fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation'
Refunds are not given for missed classes but efforts shall be made to offer an alternative place in an appropriate-level class within the same term.
Make your plan ahead and make sure you can make 4 week block in row.
** CATCH UP MUST BE USED WITHIN 4 WEEK BLOCK
WHAT TO WEAR
You want to be comfortable! wear comfortable clothing which does not restrict movement. Relatively close fitting clothes will help to me check your alignment properly.
A vest under a loose t-shirt or cycling shorts under loose shorts. Leggings, t-shirts, tracksuit bottoms and shorts are all good options.
WHAT TO BRING
I advice to my clients to use their own mat for hygienic reasons, don't get someone else's germs but I can provide mat at no fee until you buy your own mat.
You may want to bring a bottle of water and a small towel with you.
Please make sure you are hydrated before attending the class.
Other than that you just need to bring your mind and yourself! and enjoy
ESSENTIAL
Please arrive on-time for your class. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will not be able to join the class and your booking will treated as a late cancellation.
Please switch your phone off or have it on silent. If you must have your phone on in case of emergency then please reduce the volume of the ring tone or set it to vibrate. Take the opportunity to have a break for an hour and enjoy
